이 작업은 약 15일동안 하였다... 상당히 기간에 비해 무리한 작업이었다.. 원작의 크기에 거의 가까운 크기인데. 원작은 325mm x 265mm 의 크기 [약 500호] 인데 여기서는 320mm X 250mm 의 크기로 제작을 하였다. 캔버스에 유화로 제작을 하였는데... 이작업의 사용시간에 맞추느라 너무 촉박하게 그려서 그림의 명도의 감각의 균형을 살짝 잃어 버렸다.. 실제로 이런 그림은 원작에 가까웁게 그릴려면 약 6개월의 시간이 필요 하다. 정말 초치기로 그려도 3 개 월 이상의 작업 기간이 필요 한데 , 약 15일 의 기간에 그릴려 보니 정말 무리한 작업이었다. 따라서 작품의 컬리티는 원작에 비해 좀 떨어진다. 당연한 결과 이다. 앞으로 이런 무리한 기간에 쫓기는 그림은 하지 말아야겠다는 생각이 든다. 이작품의 원제는 "민중을 이끄는 자유의 여신 [들라 크로와]" 이다.
